Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of your furniture orders to your specifications, we cannot accept cancellations once we have begun building your order.

 

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available at that time. Please note that the shipping rates are figured according to the weight of the item(s) purchased.  While we ship nationwide, some items are not available for shipping. Please call or email the store about any shipping questions. 

 

Returns & Warranty Information

We stand behind our products 100%. Because our furniture is customized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on custom furniture.  If your piece is defective in construction or workmanship,  we will correct the defect at our own expense. We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame and springs of your furniture. Upon delivery, please inspect the furniture not only for shipping damage but also for any material defects. Please contact us immediately if there are concerns with your furniture.
